She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sr. Evans and Clara Evans (Ohl); her husband Edward Owens; and her siblings, Tommy, Howard, Ralph, David and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Shilling (Richard), Carol Maikranz (Cary) and Michael Owens; her grandchildren, Cary, Jr., Joel, Evan, Allison and Kaitlyn; her great grandchild Harrison; her brother Lyle Evans (Sandra); and her close friend Joan Rajchel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (3022 Oneida St, Sauquoit, NY 13456). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
