We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2023, at the age of 64, Margaret T. Philpotts (Sauquoit, New York), born in South Glens Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her friend Norm Slivinski; her nephew Stephen Paul Bennett; and her former life partner Charles T. Philpotts. She is survived by : her boyfriend Noman Slivinski; her children, Sarah Jones, Katlin Molica, Robbie Slivinski and Peg; her granddaughter Evelyn Taylor Philpotts-Breese; her daughters, Meghan and Kristen Philpotts (David Breese); her grandchildren, Orion and Aidan Breese; her brother Joseph (Irma Bennett); her nieces and nephews, Kim Bailey and Danny Bennett; and also, Aidan, Orion Breese, Sarah Jones, Katlin Molica and Robbie Slivinski.

Throughout the pandemic, she was quick to learn how to meet her students' needs.

The family asks that any donations in her name be made to the Traid Center on Catherine Street in Utica or the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org).
