It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Toner (Sauquoit, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James H. Toner and Shirley Webster Toner; and his brother James Toner. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Windover; his daughter Theresa; his son-in-law Scott Gorgas; his grandchildren, Kirstie (Zach), Alex, Zachary and Joshua; his son Todd; his daughter-in-law Jeannie Toner; his grandchildren, Cameron, Christopher and Lois Durant; and his siblings, Edward Toner (Donna), Robert Toner, Mary Toner, Jane Burton, Susan Wrinn (Rob) and Valerie Wheeler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
