She is survived by: her sons, Jason Brundidge (Jessica) and Brian Brundidge; her brothers, Todd Ellsworth and Arthur Ellsworth; and her grandchildren, Curtis, Cole, Gavin and Kaitlin. She is also survived by one great grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews.
