We bid farewell to Laney McGowan of Sayville, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 12, 2025 at the age of 9. Laney touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She is survived by: her parents, Jason McGowan and Tiffany Rowan; her siblings, Trey McGowan, Renee McGowan, Jayde McGowan, Abigail Rowan and Stella McGowan; her grandparents, Ed, Kathy Cooley of Sayville, Jim and Robin McGowan of Riverhead; and her aunts and uncles, Shawn Miley (Stephanie), Jimmy McGowan (Sarah), Taylor McGowan, Kristina Palladino (Joe), Ashley Vertucci (Nick) and Eddie Cooley (Kaitie). She is also survived by her many cousins and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Homes (245 Main St, West Sayville, NY 11796). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
