She was predeceased by : her husband Richard; and her daughters, Catherine and Suzanne. She is survived by : her children, Jane DeBeauchamp of Sayville and Richard, Jr. (Pattyann Candy) of Ronkonkoma; and her grandchildren, Billy DeBeauchamp (Sharon), Cheryl Coletti (Chris), Richard III (Ricky), Patrick Downes and Alexa Hamblin (Lex).

In lieu of flowers, contributions made in Madeleine's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, are appreciated by the family.
