He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Burr; his daughter Aimee Burr; and his sister Trudy Gleckel. He is survived by: his son John Burr; his daughter-in-law Patti Burr; and his grandsons, Thomas Burr and Scott Burr. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Homes (824 Scarsdale Ave, Scarsdale, NY 10583). An entombment will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
