He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kathleen Gorham (O'Brien) and Peter Gorham of Galway, Ireland.; his wife Maureen Gorham (O'Sullivan); his children, Maureen Schmitt (Joseph), John Gorham (Kristin), Bernadette Wingertzahn (William), Patrick Gorham (Sheila) and Monica Ahern (Brian); his grandchildren, Joseph, Annie, John, Jack, Marykate, Kevin, Brian, Claire, Maeve, Patch, Christopher and Katie; and his brother Peter Gorham of Silver Springs, Maryland..

In lieu of flowers the family kindly asked that donations be sent to Calvary at Home Hospice Care or Saint Francis Breadline for The Poor.
