He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Bray Walker; his daughter Elizabeth Grace; his sister Elizabeth "Bette" Geyer; and his parents, Clarence Cook Walker and Grace Tomkins Walker.

He is survived by: his sons, David Bray Walker (Elizabeth) of Greenwich and William Alexander Walker (Amy Walsh) of New York City; and his grandchildren, Anne (Benjamin Arkin), Catherine (Miles Bock), Sarah Walker, Henry and John Walker.
