She was predeceased by : her husband Jesus Ortiz; and her mother Narcisa. She is survived by : her daughters, Angelique (Rick Hunt) and Alexis (Ken Heaney); and her granddaughters, Lauren Ortiz-Hunt, Avery Ortiz-Hunt and Sophia Ortiz-Heaney.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Humane Society of New York, a cause that was close to Lillian's heart.
