He was predeceased by : his parents, Bridget McMahon and Michael McMahon; his sister Mary Perry; and his goddaughter Elaine Harper. He is survived by : his siblings, Frances and Jimmy; his wife Susan Lofaro; his daughters, Michelle McMahon Downer (Scott) and Clare McMahon Graff (Rich); and his grandchildren, Aidan, Maddie, Liam and Finn. He is also survived by family and his many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Save the Children, where he spent the most meaningful years of his career in finance.
