She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Czuwala and Barbara Czuwala (Gaylord); and her brothers, Christopher Czuwala and Wayne Goyer. She is survived by: her children, Gina Czuwala and Scott Czuwala; her siblings, Lesa Valade (Joseph Valade), Kevin Goyer (Julia Goyer), Peter Czuwala and Barbara Herrey; and her grandchildren, Kiersten, David, Connor, Abigail, Brendan and Mylah. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chase Smith Funeral Home (173 Main St, Schaghticoke, NY 12154). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Transfiguration Parish (17 S Main St, Schaghticoke, NY 12154).
