He was predeceased by : his parents, Antonio Caiazza and Maria Tenore Caiazza; and his grandson Zachary Culnan. He is survived by : his wife Carol Caiazza; his children, Kimberly Culnan (Sean), Rudy G. Caiazza (Kelley) of Brunswick, Jerry Caiazza (Dawn) of Schaghticoke and Nicky Caiazza (Sarene) of San Diego; his grandchildren, Mikayla Culnan, Rudy A. Caiazza, Christopher Caiazza, Ethan Caiazza, Riley Caiazza, Elsa Caiazza, Enzo Caiazza and Nolan Caiazza; and his brother Rocco Caiazza.
