She is survived by: her children, Todd Boyark (Charity) and Tricia Lewandowski (Corey); her grandchildren, Joshua Boyark (Alicia), Megan Contento (Justin), Alicia Relation (Kyle), Breanne Beliveau (Mark) and Erin Lewandowski; and her great grandchildren, Zapa Boyark and Lucas Relation. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
