He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Loika and Sarah Briggs (Potter); his brother Anthony Loika; and his half-brother Robert Briggs. He is survived by: his children, Brian S. Loika (Linda) of Rotterdam and Valerie Loika (Kord Stehr) of Rotterdam; his great grandchild Riley; his brother Francis Polomaine (Linda); and his half-brothers, Joe and Don Briggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
