He is survived by: his spouse Sachie Barakat (Inez); his children, Sherana and Ann; his children-in-law, Zulphe and Junior; his grandchildren, Zarif, Shazanna, Matthew and Christopher; his siblings, Adam, Aleen, Jimmy, Sam, Bert, Ellen, Leanner and Shelima; and his siblings-in-law, Violet, Christina, Michael and Jairam. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
