He was predeceased by: his parents, Wasyl Olensky and Romana Olensky. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Brassard; and his children, Luke Olensky, Tara Olensky and Rhia Olensky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Andrew's name to Community Hospice.
