It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara DeRonda (Schenectady, New York), born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Olin Pierce and Edna Pierce (Walsh); her close friend Ronald McNeil; and her siblings, Thomas, Francis, Kenny and Donna Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Wintle (Vincent) of Rotterdam, Roger DeRonda of Schenectady, Roy DeRonda of Florida, Jeff DeRonda (Janet) of Florida and Ronald Euler (Cherish) of Canajoharie; her sister Ella Mae Bassett (Bob) of Amsterdam; and her granddaughter Kayla (Doyle). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
