She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Konieczka and Mildred Konieczka (Jaskiewicz); and her grandson Jonathan Mills. She is survived by: her husband Melvyn Kristel; her children, Renee Mills and Melvyn Kristel (Debra); her grandchildren, Jason Mills and Kayla Kristel; and her sister Karen Neumann (James).
