She was predeceased by: her husband Sebastian Torre (Sam); and her parents, Joseph Donovan and Catherine Donovan of Albany, NY.. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph and Maureen Ferradino; her sister-in-law Michelina Torre of Rotterdam; her children, Anthony Torre, Susan (Caldwell), James Torre and Cathy (Wilson); her grandchildren, Matthew, Michelle, Michael, Katie, Meghan, Erin, Brendan, Samantha, Emily and Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Brooke, Ryleigh, Logan and Ella. She is also survived by mother to her children.

Memorial contributions in Kay's memory may be made to a heart disease or Parkinson's center or to the St. Madeleine Sophie School.
