He is survived by: his brothers, Thomas Palmer and Robert Palmer; his children, Pamela Robinson, Hans Palmer and Paul (Clementina Palmer); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Couse, Joanie Palmer and George Roe. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
