She is survived by: her son Thomas Hayostek Esquire (Carol Stewart MD); her grandchildren, Olivia Christina Hayostek MD, Thomas Francis Hayostek and Victoria Theresa Torres, RN; her great grandchild Antonio Torres; and her sisters, Rita and Theresa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
