Clyde V. Maughan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde V. Maughan (Schenectady, New York), who passed away on February 7, 2026, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Clyde farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Clyde is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond and Lera Clark Maughan; and his wife Norma Rollins Maughan. He is survived by: his children, Bruce of Prescott, AZ, Nancy Crapo (Andy) of Scotia, Anita McKee (Steve) of Buffalo, Alan (Barbara) of Westerlo, James (Sharon) of Burnt Hills and Carolyn of American Fork, UT.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
