He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Polsinelli and Rosemary Polsinelli; his grandson Luke; and his sister Sandra Clark (James Clark). He is survived by: his wife Elaine M. Gatta; his children, Cheryl Polsinelli, Daniel A. Polsinelli III, Mark P. Polsinelli (Christy) and Michael A. Polsinelli; his grandchildren, Kaylyn, Brittany, Nicole, Madeline and Camille; and his brother Larry Polsinelli (Sandy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (11 Glenridge Rd, Rexford, NY 12148). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
