She is survived by: her father Claude "Skip" Shultes; her husband Stephen DeMassio; her daughters, Gianna, Toni and Ava; her brother David Shultes; her uncle Jim; her aunt Joanne Miller; her cousin RaeAnn Miller; her mother-in-law Lucille DeMassio; her brother-in-law Richard DeMassio (Jamie); her nephew Anthony DeMassio; and her nieces, Diana and Sarah DeMassio.
