He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton R. Holt and Patricia Holt (Mamrosh); and his aunt Sandra Mamrosh. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Largeteau-Holt; his daughters, Stephanie Jeanne Ferri (Nicholas) of Howes Cave and Ciera Marie Holt of East Berne; his grandchildren, Colton (Payton Ferri) and Winnie (Denali); his siblings, Robert Holt of Cobleskill, Chris Holt of Central Bridge and Jennifer Holt of Central Bridge; and his aunt Martha Mamrosh of Central Bridge. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and circle of friends.
