She was predeceased by : her parents, William Simpkin and Margaret Simpkin; her husband Carlos Santiago; her sons, Miguel and Carlos; and her sister Bernice.
She is survived by : her daughters, Dawn Santiago-Marullo (Tom Marullo) and Juanita Santiago; her grandchildren, Dawn Marullo Stever (Matt Stever), Jon Marullo and Chelsi Santiago; and her great grandchild Lucy Stever. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cherished family, friends, and helpful neighbors.
