He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fields and Clara Fraking Fields. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Ward Fields; his children, Karen Corona, Donna De Neuville, Donald M. Fields and Charlene Boynton-Carter (Joseph); his grandchildren, Felicia Irvine (Lucas), Kacie Corona, Cameron, Logan, Jordyn De Neuville, Lucas (Ciara), Zackary Boynton and Nicole Fields; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan and Sydney Carter; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Waylon Irvine.
