He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Heusen and Sara Van Heusen; and his siblings, Richard Van Heusen and Joanne Klock. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Dutcher Van Heusen; and his sisters, Sally Esposito and Diane Wemple. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
