He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neddo and Matilda Neddo (Barnaby); and his siblings, Bill Neddo, Shirley Plew, Nelson Neddo, Richie Neddo and Tommy Neddo (late Carol).
He is survived by: his children, Joni O'Connell of Waterford, Kathy Neddo (Deb Keiser) of Schenectady and Jamie Neddo (Dee) of California; his grandchildren, Jamie Lynn, Joe and Stephanie; and his siblings, Morgan Neddo of Gloversville, Helen Bleau of Watervliet, Leslie Neddo (Randy) of Halfmoon and Gene Neddo (Gail) of Tennessee. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parker Bros. Memorial Funeral Home Inc. (2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parker Bros. Memorial Funeral Home (2013 Broadway, Watervliet, NY 12189). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greenmont Cemetery.
