He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Laurie Carbo-Porter (Joseph Porter), Dr. Alecia Beard (Robert) and Edlyna Talla; his grandsons, Max Nagelsmith, Edward Talla, Ryan Beard (Lindsey), Richard Beard (Susan), Jeremy Beard (Jasmine) and Anthony Beard (Julie); and his great grandchildren, Aidan Beard, Julia Beard, Isabel Beard, Hannah Beard, Liam Beard and Jocelyn Beard.
