Eleaner D. Pigliavento Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleaner D. Pigliavento (Schenectady, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Kowansky; her stepfather Paul Kowansky; and her siblings, Gloria, Elizabeth and Jack.

She is survived by: her husband Orlando Pigliavento; her children, Debra Pigliavento (Don Edmans), Michele Pigliavento (Doug Burns), Mark Pigliavento (Lisa Scalise), Steven Pigliavento (Joanne) and Lawrence Pigliavento; her brother Paul Kowansky Jr.; her stepgranddaughters, Mathilde Warren (Ricardo), Eleonore and Juliana Warren; and her caregivers, Savitrie Rajkumar, Shanti Lalsaran and Frieda Walker. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Eleaner's honor to the Alzheimer's Association or Community Hospice.
