It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Filomena C. Piccirillo of Schenectady, New York, who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Guido Piccirillo; and her siblings, Giuseppe Califano of Italy and Carmela Ingriselli of Canada. She is survived by: her children, Nicola "Nick" Piccirillo (Ersilia) of Scotia, Lucia Ingriselli (Andy) of Maple and John Piccirillo (Kristen) of Schenectady; her grandchildren, Christina, Julianna, Annamarie, Luca, Daniella, Gianni Piccirillo, Amanda, Sara, Laura, Diana, Joseph, Rosa, Andrew, Stefano and Antonio Ingriselli; her siblings, Antonio of Italy, Stefano of Italy and Angelo of Italy; her aunt Elvira Sangiovanni; and her caregiver Marjorie Cummings. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family will distribute all cash donations to organizations that helped Filomena during her battle with Alzheimer's. You may also donate directly to Alzheimer's Association - Northeastern New York or Consumer Directed Choices.
