It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Amigo (Schenectady, New York), born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Amigo and Mary C. Heimpel. He is survived by: his significant other Charlotte Amigo; his daughters, Lisa Amigo-Nolan (Chris), Stephanie Amigo-Hausamann (Eric), Jennifer Amigo-Wayne (Marc) and Linda Testa (Steve); his grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, Brian, Emily, Christian, Rebecca, Joshua, Ian, Sarah, Jeremiah, Joseph and Lindsey; and his great grandchild Parker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lynnwood Reformed Church.

“I was in the Air Force and served with Frank from Sept 1956 through Oct 1958 in Mill Valley, California on top of Mt. Tamalpais. We were very good friends and spent much of our spare time together. Went to Stinson Beach, San Francisco and several other off-base locations. After we were discharged we got together a few times; I lived in Philadelphia area and Frank was in Bethlehem. Began communicating by e-mail about 10 years ago. So sorry for his passing. Such a good guy. Len Kohl”
