Francis J. Hickey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Francis J. Hickey (Schenectady, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2026 at the age of 88. In the vast expanse of eternity, Francis shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Francis farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Hickey and Pauline Casey Hickey; and his siblings, Daniel Hickey and Bernadette Hickey O'Connor. He is survived by: his wife Mary Donovan Hickey; and his daughters, Marcia Nickerson (Gregory) and Anne Bood (Jeffrey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
