He is survived by: his grandson Armani; his mother Philomena Rapp (Sarrutto) of Schenectady; his wife Dawn Cooper Rapp; his children, Franklin Rapp III of Rotterdam, Nicholas Rapp of Rotterdam, Sarah Della Rocco of Rotterdam and Toni Della Rocco of Rotterdam; his siblings, David Rapp of Schenectady, James Rapp of Niskayuna, Angelina Rapp of Menands and Patti Rapp of Schenectady; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Rapp Jr. and Ariyah Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
