It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary L. Hawkins of Schenectady, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 18, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Claiborne and Mary Hawkins; and his siblings, Kevin Hawkins, Darryl Tolliver, David Tolliver, Sheila Hawkins and Robin Tolliver.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Hawkins of Brooklyn; his brother Sean Tolliver; and his nephew Lawrence Tolliver. He is also survived by many other niece's nephews and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Gary's memory to Community Hospice or to St. Jude's Children's research hospital.
