With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gene O'Connor of Schenectady, New York, born in Albany, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. O'Connor, Sr. and Catherine Cosgrave; his former wife Carol A. O'Connor (Vendetti); and his brother Edward F. O'Connor, Jr. (Maureen). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Timothy (JR), Teresa, Daniel (Grace), Christopher (Jeanne) and Kevin (Laura); his stepchildren, Sherri and Scott; and his niece Carrie (Farley).
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish - Union Street (1803 Union St, Niskayuna, NY 12309).
