He is survived by: his wife Debbe Hughes (Morrette); his children, Brian (Melissa Hughes), Stacie (Rich Bebo) and Adam (Viktoriya Hughes); his grandson Conner Hughes; his siblings, Charles (Elaine Hughes) and Debbie Hughes (Chuck Effinger); and his nephew Paul Ave. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces.
