With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gordon D Hamil (Schenectady, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 13, 2025 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gordon D Hamil to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Hamil and Elsie Pangburn Clancy; his sister Robin Mussen; and his nephew David Mussen. He is survived by: his wife Marion Rossi Hamil; his daughters, Lynn Hamil (Chris Neal) and Karen Motyka (George); his grandchildren, Danielle Motyka (Brian), Amanda Motyka, Michael Motyka and Christopher Neal; and his niece Amy Mussen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home (501 Union St, Schenectady, NY 12305). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
