He was predeceased by: his father Henry Worthington. He is survived by: his wife Marion Kowalchik; his daughter Mary; his son-in-law David Clements of Syracuse, NY; his sister Vida Brehm of Groveland, NY; and his grandsons, David Clements Jr. of Castleton, NY and Scott Clements (Lyn) of Dalton, Mass. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Harry's name to Helping Hounds Dog Rescue, 7268 Caswell St., N. Syracuse, NY 13212, where his perfect companion Max came from.
