She was predeceased by: her parents, George Niciu and Florence Niciu (Riddett); and her husband Charles Goodwin. She is survived by: her children, Loreen Evans (David), Charles Goodwin Jr. (Erin), Lindsay Althiser (Charlie) and Amanda Mooney (Ed); her siblings, Jack Cartwright and Doreen Niciu; and her grandchildren, Ava, Madison, Leah, Ariella and Audrey.
Contributions can be made in Irene's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
