He is survived by: his wife Lori; his sister Carolyn Werth; his daughters, Erika Maitino and Carla Morales (Harry); his grandchildren, Matthew Maitino and Mia Maitino-Longfellow; his mother-in-law Peggy Fabrizio; and his brother-in-law Michael Burdick (Dawn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
