With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James R. Bernard (Schenectady, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on July 28, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As James departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved James. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bernard and Cleo Bernard; and his brother George Domeny. He is survived by: his wife Sally Jean Bernard; and his siblings, Darla Griffen and David Bernard.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Schenectady Memorial Park Cemetery (566 Giffords Church Rd, Schenectady, NY 12306).
