She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Giannetti Cortella. She is survived by: her father Dominick Cortella; her brother Jonathan Cortella; and her grandparents, Alberto Cortella and Maria Mabidris. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Jennifer's memory to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society or the Animal Protective Foundation.
