She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. French and Luella French (Anthony); and her husband Robert C. Foster. She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Pfeiffer (Michael), William Foster (Susan), Judith Mills (Dennis) and Joanne Foster. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great children.
The family asks that flowers not be sent, Joan would have preferred donations to St Gabriel the Archangel Church.
