It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne M. Snell of Schenectady, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Chuck" Francisco and Antoinette "Toni" ZiemianskiFrancisco. She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Francisco (Jeanne), Laurie Palmatier (Kevin) and Lorena Miller; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Kaczor, Corey Kaczor, Rachel Francisco, Hannah Francisco and Noah Francisco. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
