He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Micalizzi and Maria Postorino Micalizzi; his wife Maria "Lee" Micalizzi; and his siblings, Fortunato Micalizzi, Joseph Micalizzi (Linda) and Tina Micalizzi.
He is survived by: his brothers, Dominick Micalizzi (Donna) and Victor Micalizzi (Cathy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
John had requested memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church or to the American Diabetes Association.
