He was predeceased by: his parents, Florindo "Fred" Maioriello and Angela Maioriello (Saglimbeni). He is survived by: his wife Susan Maioriello (Merrithew); his granddaughters, Lindsey Bolton (Maioriello), Julianne Maioriello, Lily and Izabella Bolton; his sister Anita Mikulich (Michael); his siblings-in-law, Denise McShane (Joseph), Eugene Merrithew (Marilyn) and Beth Merrithew; his uncle Joe "Pesci"; and his sibling's children, Christopher Carelli, Melissa Voss (Carelli), Bethanie McShane, Ashley Ramsdell (McShane), Jillian Waycott (McShane) and Lauren Sinclair (Merrithew).

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home (1605 Helderberg Ave, Rotterdam, NY 12306).
