With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen A. Oakley (Schenectady, New York), born in Niskayuna, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 5, 2025 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Fowler (Osten) and Robert Fowler; and her brother Richard Fowler. She is survived by: her husband Mike Oakley; her daughter Danielle Greklek (Joe); her sister Terry Avery (Peter); her granddaughter Evie Greklek; and her pets, CeCe and Honey.
From making flags or uniforms in the late 90's for Danielle to spin to donating to the guard in any way possible for Evie.
